The staff is pleasant, communicates at a high level to let you know where your car is at in the progression of the visit, and does a good job to recommend additional service with details as to why instead of pressure without background. The amenities are very comfortable if you’re waiting and downtown San Rafael is just a short walk if you’ve got an errand to run.

I was impressed that I came in without an appointment to service my car, and was in and out quickly. They had to keep my RAV4 for a few hours and dropped me off and picked me up with Ubers at no cost me. Friendly staff. Good experience.
